Yes it’s fine and I am sure we will hear a very positive outlook from the conference call today explaining the miss and what’s in store for Netlist. Might see a small dip today but fundamentals remain strong , business great and lawsuits all looking positive. A settlement is still my expectation and that could happen today , tomorrow or 3 months from now. Patience is key
