Its obvious that mark miller was never ceo legally and thus bob is not either. If he was why would he file a lawsuit against NWGC to call for a shareholder meeting? If he was ceo he would just call a shareholder meeting himself.

So even if Big Magic Bob could obtain ceo status of NWGC he still wont be able to get it current before the deadline. This will be delisted end of september.

Not sure why some people are calling this "debunked" when all of this is public record and could easily be found.
