Vin, We should just drop the topic since neither of us is going to change the other's way of thinking. I'm not obsessed with the vaccine subject, or biopharma in general, and have other sectors that I follow a lot more. I merely wanted to post over on Dew's board the Malone-Weinstein info since it seemed like it was new and important. I had no idea it would strike such a nerve.
A lot of people who grew up in the 1960/70s learned to distrust government agencies, large corporations, etc, and we view things through that lens. I remember the Swine Flu vaccine fiasco from the mid 1970's, learned about the tainted Polio vaccine of the 1950s (contaminated with the SV-40 cancer virus), and the first Hep-B vaccine (pre-Recombivax) which had potential HIV contamination, the Anthrax vaccine coverup, and on and on. Hence I will never trust the vaccine industry. The Covid vaccines are completely experimental, of a brand new type (gene therapy/modification), and did not go through the full clinical trial process. The liability risk has been removed from the pharma companies.
If you want to be their guinea pig, be my guest. I'll stick to minimizing public contact (being retired helps) and using KN-95 masks.
