Don't get spooked. A lot going on....

1) Hired an affiliate marketing firm to run their website.

2) Business registration activated.

3) share structure change.

There were 9B shares available to be dumped prior to the additional 2.5B shares being added. If they planned to let it bite the dust, there would have been no reason to add 2.5B shares to the AS. They could have just dumped the current AS (9B shares)and let it die.

If the price goes down further I'm buying as much as possible. I'd suggest you do the same.
