The dump Feds got fooled by Mark, and couldn't follow the money his family members made on our backs, tell "them", his family members, to sell because the financials were never coming out. He, and his family, with insider information, cashed out. Mark need not sell his house, he has plenty of dough in stock piles hidden around, imo. His narrow ass hanging wit Bubba, is the only outcome that will satisfy me. Hope the DOJ and SEC, who have stated they are ready months ago, levy fines that exceed 5 million, coupled with a prison sentence that will never again allow him to see the light of day. Make any choices you want, just as long as you can pay for them, imo. Giddy up!!!

From what was said it seems like the Schena's have not sold their home so they don't yet have the funds needed to secure expert witnesses (just my reading of the hearing).
