my guess is that any part of that civil penalty will go only to victims of what was related to DOJ's case of the Megas/Lahr ponzi scheme, and none of that goes to BCIT shareholders. the hope that shareholders have for remuneration is from the DTCC. hopefully that will play out.

Switzerland recognizes his crime here and can/will arrest and extradite him if Tom continues to fug around.
