The ties binding together the Aingura/ IIOT-OXYS partnership are strong. Both CEO’s have expressed this in press releases.

Our prospecting efforts have advanced several companies under NDA to the proposal stage. The proposals pending are with a combination of prospects developed by both IIOT-OXYS, Inc. and Aingura IIoT, S.L. Together, we are pursuing additional proposals and non-dilutive grants. We have also brought on a marketing firm to update the IIOT-OXYS, Inc. website & generate sales leads.
I and Chandran, in his role as Advisory Board Chairman, will continue building a strong technical relationship with our previously disclosed collaboration partner, Aingura IIoT, S.L. This collaboration, along with the previously disclosed completion of successful pilots with a Fortune 500 Pharma company, and New England state’s DOT have allowed the Company and its partner to prepare use cases in smart manufacturing and bridge structural health monitoring respectively, allowing us to renew engagements with all of the Company's earlier prospects and reach out to new ones.
That little tidbit of information in bold tells us that the Fortune 500 Pharma company AND the New England state’s DOT both RENEWED THEIR CONTRACTS. Totally and completely overlooked by the masses for weeks.

This marks the third such agreement with a structural health monitoring focused organization, for a total of six new NDAs in our SHM and smart manufacturing sectors this year. We are excited the leader of this company saw our successful New England DOT Bridge Monitoring Pilot completed in the late summer of 2020 and our ability to attract top academic institutions focused on SHM to partner with us, as complementary to their technology and successful proof of concept on their railway bridge infrastructure project. This partnership will include exploring possible acquisition of the company or purchase of its assets. Together with this company and our strong collaboration with Aingura IIoT, S.L. we are positioned to pursue contracts in SHM worldwide.
