Again the buy back date of August 17th is well aligned with certain brokers deadline of 13th August

In worse case scenario if we don't get off dark sheet and TD/others don't move their date from the 13th

Their could be a limited buying scope from most US traders who use such brokers services

This might adversely impact price, it only make sense to have alternative share buy back offer to prevent any plunge as a result
