Why can’t a guy buy land? Ken was a CRE investment banker and CRE developer. It is natural for him to buy land to develop. He lived in Florida and was a standout hoops player for the Gators. . CYDY was also headquartered in Tampa for a short time.

BTW Ken was buying CRE way before he was Involved with CYDY. Anyway, Ken passed several years ago and the only relationship to today is that Ken signed the acquisition agreement for pro 140 NOT Nader, as claimed.
