They have access to emails accounts, mobile and land line and a thousand other ways to trace whether anyone (such as one like me - interviewed regarding the company) contacted anyone they are not supposed to or said/shared anything they are not supposed to share

I saw yesterday people posting Nader’s email response to a question on DOJ. Probably the email response at this point is vetted by the team and Nader won’t write something independently that breaks the rules. Still shareholders may wish to confirm with the management that it is ok for them to answer and for us to post such answers online before we do so.
