Well, all they have to say is they are a shell and it delays it I believe. But I do actually think they are going to announce something prior to the deadlines. There would be no reason to hire a affiliate marketing firm (Finixio) to run their website and also go active for their business registration. What would make sense is to delay as long as possible to shake as many people out as low as possible before announcing anything.
