Maybe one of the suits should be ammended to ask for a full accounting of the money the GSE's had just before the nationalization and all the money swept since?
Was all of it used to preserve and conserve the GSE's? Fund the fhfa? Pay treasury for its backing? Or did a lot end up in the black hole called the government?
