Disagree that the hand was ever tipped in favor of PM. tw0122 posted a great article read it. The judge opened the door in his 14 day reply window for HCMC to bring in Technical data to support the case. If the judge excepts what HCMC presents to him and allow the case to proceed its basically like the judge saying its a wrap at that point. I don't know who would at this point sell with this thing at such a dramatic point in time.
