While I haven't posted much, I have to respond to this...

You wrote....I hope as part of the investigation into this data they also investigate which employees knew what was going on, if anything, and what they did about it.

Have you come to the point to admit that maybe, just maybe, Richard Brown was in on the scam...

Do you realize that while my own opinion of Mr Fan is still up-in-wind, I happen to know for a fact that Lloyd Fan & Carol Hinnant have spoken to the SEC concerning the past management (I have spoken with the SEC attorney who has seen their paperwork.), YET....our buddy Rich Brown has NOT!

It seems that he needs to cover his ass instead of helping the shareholders whom he had the relationship as the go-between to the company.
