How is he supposed to be awarded the custodianship of TGRO now that the company has emailed they have not abandoned the business? Also something the judge pointed out with EVLI is just because a company is run poorly is no reason legally to award custodianship to another.
YEAH George prefers the uncontested cases for default judgments. I suspect this won’t be one of them. What was the decision on that case with TGRO in the past? George was targeting stock promoters like APS and Stocktips.
But just watch - George will spin it as a win even if he loses it or decides not to file anything.
