I did say that as CEO he was ultimately responsible.

However, do I expect Nader to author a BLA ? No.

Do I expect Nader to proofread a BLA ? No.

This is a company and tasks would be delegated to specialists who can get the technical details on the application correct.

This did not happen. What I was asking is why no one seems to care about the root cause. These types of things will come out in a DOJ investigation most likely.
