The GERS price is dropping because the owners of more than half of te common shares "want out". These owners haven't been asked for their approval for any company business in years.
WHY would anyone want to BE a common shareholder of the Greenshift Corporation when the owner(s) of the Class G shares can vote their shares and ignore the common shareholders?
