KC--I would guess that nodder wasn't really doing any better years ago--just penny and no spotlight. No expectations--no regulations. You can see from that SEC doc where he got "the board" to use company shares to settle his divorce. That is incredible. That is not a rabbit hole--that is THEFT.
You see people saying he is not a felon--but even the CYDY filed document lists it that way. I am guessing that financial guy having to put his name on that SEC doc wanted it plain
