Ashley only has preferred shares which are good for 10% off the top. Anyone thinking Ashley has turned Heliosdx over to investors had better read the contract!
Why would Ashley give up 90% of the profit he has spent years building his company to a bunch of knucklehead investors? No one would.
If Ashley did give Helios to investors, he would have to increase the company profit EXPONENTIALLY just to get back to even on his former return.
That is insane.
People here had better start doing some thinking.
Why hasn't anyone here read the contract if it is so favourable to investors?
