gfp: We hope so. I only have one more move left in me. If we have to move again we'll be selling almost everything we own before we do it. It is simply too much work. We are heading there in about 3 weeks. We have good friends that live in Fayetteville that we stay with. They've been down there about 10 years and really love it. They never tried to give us a hard sell to join them. And at various times we've considered South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Gulf Shores Alabama, several places in Arizona, Maryville Tennessee, Sand Point and Coeur D' Alene and Sandpoint Idaho, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico and Portugal. Bentonville and Fayetteville have everything we need. And plenty of access to outdoor activities. The less we spend on a house the more we have to buy a nice motor coach for camping. Or possibly a boat if we find a place on Beaver Lake. That would be ideal. On Beaver Lake but not too far from the town of Rogers. I'm really looking forward to their over 200 miles of paved bike paths. Once I have my back surgery the only exercises I will probably still be able to do are walking, swimming and biking. I've always loved riding my bike. On our upcoming trip we will have about 5 days for exploring different neighborhoods and possibly looking at some buildable property near the lake. My wife continues to get reports on the Ensenada Mexico ex-pat Facebook group. The crime is getting out of hand down there. Vehicle theft and catalytic converter theft are rampant. I'm glad my wife dug deep into the local ex-pat community down there. We would have been prisoners in our house. Not the way we want to live, even if the weather would have been perfect.
