Any evidence a RS has ever been discussed, talked about, planned? Anything at all?

I recall the CEO discussing a R/S and in fact, embracing it walking shareholders through the virtues of a RS

No and absolutely not even close to being needed. Less than 750 mil shares outstanding. Get some revenues and credibility going and you won't be able to find cheap shares anymore!

I'd be willing to put money on a stock buy back before a reverse split. No I don't mean soon either. However, when oil revenues propel PCTL into the future I can see the buyback!

PCTL Great question 'Bobbakista' from Sept 29, 2020 to at least the end of Oct. 2020 not a single mention of an RS by any participant on this Board from either the Podcast or the Conference call in the Fall of 2020. Calling total BS on a reference to an RS ever being discussed in either. And as we all know zero reference to date from the company about an RS!!
