Because the CEO doesn't update them. For the same reason that over the last 18 months the financials were delinquent most of the time. He still has OTC showing the Authorized shares at 3 Billion.

Because he's not paying for the "T/A Verified". Otherwise the T/A would be doing it for him...which he'd rather not have.
So we are left to do it ourselves...which he'd rather not have. lol
