You were right..Chris did return my call. Limited info that he could share due to public disclosure issue but work on battery tech continues with good progress. He is working hard to address company financial situation without negativly affecting shareholders equity and is trying to execute the plan and hopes to complete the process soon. Also, he expects a positive response from the market after plan execution. I asked when can shareholders expect update from company and he stated it would be after the financial plan is finalized. I'm optimistic after my conversation and think we will get updates sometime in Q3 or 4.
