Do you have a link to that discussion? Would explain a lot about why he went silent if true. Plus, if he was already on their radar for some issues on IHUB then he starts this company? Well, may have been a bad move on his part and terrible timing.

He is the guy who got in trouble with IHUB but I have NO idea about the SEC.

I never heard that. I know he’s in IHUB “jail” for violating TOS maybe someone stretched that story lol
