"It's obvious Mr. Vakser is building a company"

--Oh Eddie has no problem creating "companies." All that takes is hiring a registered agent in Wyoming and paying a $50 fee.
Same goes for getting a ticker uplisted on OTC. Pay them their fees, upload some boilerplate disclosures, pay an attorney to spit out an "opinion letter" and start printing, pumping and dumping shares.

What Eddie's utterly incompetent at is creating viable, revenue generating, real world BUSINESSES.

Why?

Because doing so requires coming up with something the real world wants or needs. Plus it takes a ton of effort, energy, focus and investment...all things Eddie seems either unable or unwilling to do.

Instead he spends his time fabricating grandiose, far flung, "business" fairy tales he has no ability or intention of making a reality. He knows a good "story" is all he needs... that and a "safe harbor statement" that's typically as long as the yarns he spins.

Anyone who falls for his B.S. and holds their shares a moment too long will likely learn a costly lesson.
