I think they only reason that Nelson's showed up in that last one, was because he failed to include them in the previous filing. And so had to bring it back in for the purposes of disclosure for Offering Investors.
I think it was already dead then, he just hadn't disclosed it yet.
Now with the new offering @ .001, I'm betting on trips in short order, but JMO.
