These are some of the reasons I'm suspicious of this company. Nobody really knows much about the company. The CEO is a mysterious person who remains out of public sight. The CFO appears to be the one in charge. As I stated earlier their primary focus doesn't appear to be on selling their educational products but more focused on selling company shares. With schools expected to reopen in the fall sales should be skyrocketing especially with the stimulus money being made available which school districts must use or lose.
