In another state in the US, another EPC company has proven our technology to radically change their SWD design. In Asia a major NOC our solution is expected to reduce its production facility size by 20%.
Simply put, EPC companies are engaged in engineering, procurement, and construction services on contract basis, for contracts awarded for particular project work. Therefore, the projects handled by an EPC company can lie in varied domains, awarded on a turnkey basis.

The JV will be known as Disruptive Oil & Gas Technologies Corp.
The plan calls for the JV to drill a series of infield wells in the Grassy Creek field of which Maverick and PCTL will be participating on a royalty basis. Maverick will be providing all the drilling services and PCTL will be selling their fluids to the JV which will be independently funded through a Reg D offering.
