Completely understand this. Just wondering why so much is made of the extreme low float when there is this (relatively) massive mountain of shares awaiting issue.
Does this portend that there will NOT be a R/S once a company slips into this shell? Does it portend anything at all?
I would think the most important number as relates to the SS would be the A/S number, rather than the Shares Issued number.
