Hi Dee. I'm sure covid impacted VNUE throughout 2020 in significant ways. We agree with that.

Do you think covid impacted the failure to go commercial in q4 as had been anticipated? I assume you do. If so,

1. How do you think it affected the company's plans in Q4?

2. Do you think by Sep 9 Zach foresaw how covid would impact the company over the next few months? If not, why not? If so, why did he say the following?:

Testing Soundstr in a real world setting and getting feedback from early-adopter clients will enable us to analyze important data and be readily prepared for the full rollout, which we expect to initiate Q4 of this year."
