Out of Texas, I was mistaken it's Robert K Beathard III. Form says he is individual/passive investor, community property (also lists Angela Beathard under name of reporting persons).

Just over 39 million shares, not sure how they are getting them at .001 price point. Also not sure what exactly this means for the share price, if it's already accounted for since this was filed today. Maybe this is one of the other investors that the company is referring to that would provide financing. Wonder if this is going to be more toxic debt. Not sure how to feel about this just yet, hopefully it's a positive, but I don't like that share price for 39 million shares.

But the form from sec says these shares were acquired at a .001 share price so I don't know how a retail investor could get that price. Or perhaps I'm reading the sec form 13g wrong:

No the football player is in his eighties. This guy mentioned he is in his fifties and he is in lending if I remember right. So the name that comes up in google could be his grandfather lol!
