KNWN is a private company. The only shareholders are the officers (most likely).

So let me see if I am painting the correct picture here.
AHIX needs the offering to acquire KNWN. If the offering is not successful, no acquisition of KNWN will happen?

AHIX needs to get on the PR wagon pronto!
