covid affected concerts last year, but I dont' think it had anything to do with what I posted about. All indications last fall from the ceo were that within a few months the beta testing would be done and they would begin to place thousands of units into radio stations which would gladly use them and then begin to pay for them as they experienced significant cost reductions.
It's now 9 months after those near-term indications were made. Covid wasn't the reason why things didn't happen imo, unless perhaps covid caused the finance companies to require a better balance sheet from VNUE than what VNUE had realized. If so, why didn't they know about that already before giving us the positive indications -- after all, Covid didn't just appear last fall!
So, it was messy execution and there really isn't a good excuse..Things happen, delays occur - but unfortunately we are still left guessing about why they occurred, and now with the Fairness Act discussion we are also left guessing as to whether Soundstr is dependant on that or not.
Again though, I do like this acquisition as a move to further advance us toward the end goals of their business model.
