you overlook the fact that
AAP* owns 18% of a milti-million dollar primarily excavation company with designs on buying out the company all together.so if you team that with North Star Development and then have North Star Homes there to build,well i think you can see where this is going.
looks like these guys are taking it up another notch or two!!
