I agree it's weird he was announced for this endorsement deal going on 2 months ago and we haven't seen him with the product yet. The Olympics would have been one of the best places to promote some product. Something doesn't add up.

I wonder when the 'birdman' (Tony Hawk) will be given the green light to promote their products?? I mean I heard he was at the Olympics the dude should have held up a bottle and started rubbing it all over his body. Well that might is a little extreme but come on now?!! What's the cent$ if he signs as so-called celebrity endorser and sits on his ass. Maybe the company wants him to promote/announce parallel with a PR, that would make sense but unless I am wrong I haven't seen or heard a peep from him. GL

They ARE SUBMITTED TO THE SEC and FINRA - and awaiting the NEW CORP NAME and NEW TICKER SYMBOL - which can literally come at any time !!
