Those shares don’t stay restricted. Most restricted shares become free trading typically after 12 months. Sometimes they are restricted for longer periods. It doesn’t matter. All shares issued still increases the outstanding share count, which dilutes the value per share, no matter what the price per share is. If you are issuing shares for services, it is actually more detrimental to shareholders than taking out a non-toxic loan, unless you buy back those shares in the future. As for soon being self sufficient, there is no guarantee of that. We hope it happens, and that’s why people buy shares, but first SDRC has to actually prove they can recover gold and do it on a continuous basis and at an economically feasible all in cost. Not trying to imply SDRC will not be successful, but have been involved with enough mining companies, both physically and financially, to know enough to not put the cart ahead of the horse.
