It says federal reserve note. The fed is a private bank and a note is a unit of debt. More debt based currency? It's a start? Interest bearing currency is a ponzi scheme.

That’s cool looking and everything but the video is 3 years old. It’s like the NESAR and all that talk. Same thing, years old 2018 I think. CBDC and Crypto is looking to be the future and it will all be Controlled.
