They are still in, however, their ownership % dropped due to the share sale. The number of shares they own is the same.
The Asian Coast shares are in certificate form. I do not know if this is still the case, however last I spoke with Tim on this subject he did not have the shares on an electronic exchange and therefore they could not be sold.
