Lithuanian natural gas company search leads to a company called Ignitis. I’m not seeing any news linking Ignitis to Moon Equity.

"IF" this info is true... then it sounds like the 2nd acquisition 'maybe' being announced before the 1st acquisition...(?)

Also Ignitis Group is a state-controlled energy holding company located in Vilnius, Lithuania, and is publicly traded on the Nasdaq Vilnius and London Stock Exchange. Hard to know is any of this is true - it needs to be publicly stated or better yet, PR'd by MONI.
