Of course but just spit balling here. Though the fact two public companies with large valuations took control of CPSL makes it more interesting.

CPSL is only a blank check shell, there is another corp called Prime Time holdings which is already set up in Nevada. It appears that there will be three entities under this umbrella or holding Co. JMO.
