Tksi took roughly 6 weeks from filings and Bspi took a little under 6 weeks from filings. If they are ready and want to get it done quick like the Forbes Japan article suggests hopefully we don’t have to wait that long! I don’t know how the legal side of business works but the bigger the project I’m guessing the longer it takes. Sounds like they have been working on this for a few years now though.
