If it is only a plan then what do we make of this statement:
“Having met all listing requirements, we, along with our experienced uplisting consultants and investment banking allies, were surprised to receive a series of challenges to our listing that were not at all based on the listing standards. The Company has redressed each of these objections as they were presented. The last, and hopefully final, of these additional challenges is to demonstrate end product sales.”
So they claim to have met the listing requirements but they are lying to us and making false statements?
Based on the above, they felt they had met all listing requirements and later found out more requirements were presented. Now they feel approval will come once product sales are proven.
Are you saying they are wrong?
