Agreed, my outlook on stocks has always been if there down too far like Nwgc then bring em down farther for more cheap shares.

Agreed no rally is coming for $NWGC in that it’s a dead shell with no mgt or operations. Magic as you said will not be able to achieve SEC requirements by 9/28/2021 compliance and $NWGC will be delisted
