Do not forget the several indications currently in trial by CYTO. Combined this company with Handley at the helm is worth many times current stock price. This is going to be an amazing ride, IMO.

As of the effective date of the Merger Agreement, the valuation of Cleveland BioLabs was assumed to be $39 million and the valuation of Old Cytocom was assumed to be $61 million.

What has changed? Or do you just know more than those who came up with the terms of the merger agreement?
