distinguishing btwn true dilution and market maker manipulation/ bid accumulation is what makes the OTC interesting.

9 out of 10 times , the accumulation/dis line tells a better story than price action

also, i look for oddities, 6th digit trade on level 2s, and bid painted green and ask volume painted red.

can't make an omelette without breaking a couple of eggs ;)
