The saliva test is completely irrelevant to the case against Bozo Berman.even if the test works, even if Bozo Berman creates a cure for cancer, it is completely irrelevant to charges against your pal.

My take away is the saliva test exists and they are worried about it swaying the jurors.

I see it somewhat differently.
The saliva test was only ever simply Berman's attempt to confuse the issue and rewrite the history after the event to try and escape the noose once he knew the net was closing in.

The Prosecution know that he will try to use this as the basis of his defense and that it is irrelevant to the indictment at issue. If they can cut off this line of defense, the case is a slam dunk.

Fact is the dodgy saliva test is not going to work any better than the blood test, outwith a contrived set up carefully contrived post hoc to fake the required results.
If it worked, there would be some actual real evidence of 3rd party data by now. There isn't. Still a NO from the PEI Institute. Still only available 'for professional use only' (And no halfway competent professional set up would ever use such a system on the strength of information put forward by Pedima thus far) which means no notified body has every kicked the tires on the dodgy testing that DECN or their partner contrived to appear to show a level of compliance. (Berman really puts the LYING into Complying!) And there is a a very good reason for that! It would never stand up to such scrutiny! And that would end this whole charade at a stroke!

There is still NOT ONE verified instance of any instance of an actual covid infection being correctly detected or confirmed by any Genviro device or prototype in an actual live human sample in an actual clinical setting. NOT ONE!
