One wonders why the prosecution would want to exclude anything about a test that allegedly does not exist.

FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS! IMO, the criminal allegations within the indictment will be the scope of the trial ..... all other material is a distraction for the jury and an attempt by MF Berman and his counsel to deflect, distract or confuse a jury.

I wonder if MF Berman will try to "flip" on someone related to / involved with DECN to save his skin AND IF YES, I wonder if the DOJ would even attempt to cut a deal based on MF Berman's track record/actions/arrogance?

I doubt Musho will "take a bullet" for MF Berman ....

IMO, MF Berman should "burn in Hell" and the "burn" should begin here on Earth!
