4. I am not sure what you mean by "the epitome of the 98% of the retail holders", but I don't think Rosenbaum's experience is typical. For example, Rosenbaum's background includes being the Chairman of the Michigan House Judiciary committee, CEO & COB of a public company, and he currently serves on the council of trustees of a large medical center.

5. Beatty is not a nominee, so I am not sure why he would respond to inquiries.

#5. He's not a nominee but he's in the 'group'. Because he's not a slated director and he's a mod on another board would figure I'd get information from him directly (aka 300x flipping CYDY stock). Alas, no response.

#1 - My point was he's openly saying he has skin in the game so if you are giving people a fair shake, he should be one of them. He's 'showing' his hand, per se.

IMHO, I hope all this goes away with a BP partnership (that again, IMHO will happen very soon) or a BTD designation/Fast track with LH.. maybe TNBC? I still stand with NO to 13-D unless somehow they can miraculously show they have an FDA insider to SIT down and line by line go through the HIV BLA and pretty much gauruantee approval and/or they have financing equivalent to 0.0001% interest, 10 year term, balloon in 5 (to be fair)..
