As I said before, You have mixed and matched JT's tweets and PR's.

NSAV was going to try to buy into an existing exchange, but due to a lack of money and, IMVHO, SBC being unable to find one willing to accept NSAV Series B Preferred stock, they went ahead with the current 'We're LAUNCHING our own exchange"

One way or another this argument will be moot in 11 days and some change, or sooner depending on what Wong says.
