First off, I haven't a clue what the pps will be tomorrow, let alone in August. I'll let others speculate predictions.

Secondly, If the LOI's have closed and Dennis O'Leary has in fact handed over 15,000,000 shares upon the closing as per the agreement, he hasn't issued a PR about it or filed an 8K. Maybe the deal has closed and an 8K is imminent, but nothing so far confirming it.

Third, Please read the 8K carefully. I already provided the link. Everything is explained there. No need for me to spell it out, and you won't have to take my word or anyone else's word for what the 8K discloses. The "termination" you ask about is clear >>

The LOIs terminate sixty days from the Effective Date. Closing is contingent upon customary due diligence and the execution of definitive agreements.
